Comet Fast was born out of a personal need for a more reliable and affordable shipping solution. As someone who frequently sold items from my online store Zaps USA, I always had my packages packed and ready to go. But despite submitting pick-up requests, USPS didn’t always come to collect my shipments. Meanwhile, FedEx and UPS were too expensive to use regularly.
When I visited the post office, I noticed long lines filled with people waiting 25 minutes to an hour just to ship a package, buy stamps, or apply for a passport. As an online seller, I also understood how critical it was to get a package scanned and tracked, yet this wasn’t always guaranteed unless I personally handed it to a postal worker at the front desk.
